The Yarrow Stone
The Yarrow Stone
This slab of whinstone inside a timber fence, was unearthed by a ploughman almost 200 years ago when bones were found underneath. This early Christian stone which has a Latin text, commemorates the burial site of two princes, Nudos and Dumnogenos, sons of Liberalis.
