Sowerby Bridge station
Sowerby Bridge station
The present day Sowerby Bridge station is but a small fragment compared to the very large railway installations built here is former years by the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway. Here a three-car Class 144 'Pacer' unit is seen on an Up train to Manchester. Its occupants will be pleased that most of the points have now been removed.
