Newton: Queen's Head and crossroads
The five-way crossroads in the centre of the village. The Memorial Hall of 1919 is on the left, at the corner of Harston Road and Cambridge Road, and the pub on the right, on the corner of Whittlesford Road. This was the first morning of 2021 which felt truly autumnal. Late summer had left us.
