SX1878 : Trevendick

taken 10 years ago, near to Bolventor, Cornwall, Great Britain

This name appears at this spot on the first edition OS 1" map. The mossy ruins, presumably of a farm, consist mainly of two rectangular buildings at right angles to one another, a little west of a tributary of the Fowey.

Bridleway 502/33/1 is shown on maps as passing immediately east of here. The ground is very boggy and the route seems to have been altered.
