SD6540 : Descending Longridge Fell

taken 10 years ago, near to New Row, Lancashire, Great Britain

Descending Longridge Fell
Descending Longridge Fell
Descending the well worn path on the edge of the plantation. Surprisingly today despite the low cloud and general murk, away to the south west over the plain of West Lancashire and Liverpool Bay the Snowdon Mountains were in view. About 75 miles distant as the crow flies.
