Speed the Plough
Speed the Plough
The colour of the earth here has always fascinated me. It really is that red - it's not a trick of the light, or the setting sun, and I have not made any adjustment to the image, which was taken about noon. I noticed that the gulls did not follow the plough all the way up and down the field, but remained where they were when the plough came down to the nearer edge.
