SO2627 : Bal-Mawr

taken 9 years ago, near to Llanthony, Monmouthshire/Sir Fynwy, Great Britain

Bal-Mawr
Bal-Mawr
The trig point on the highest point of the southern end of this ridge. The orange wind sock shows just how windy it is up here. The pole and attachments appear to be some orienteering markers, not in use today. On a clear day Skirrid and Sugarloaf would be prominent in this direction.
