Kilmuir churchyard / Cladh Chille Mhoire
The ruins of the old Durinish parish church of St Mary and its surrounding churchyard contain many interesting graves, including those of Clan Macleod chiefs and their hereditary MacCrimmon pipers. The tall pyramid at the right is a memorial to Lord Thomas Fraser, brother-in-law of Macleod, who died on a visit to Dunvegan.
