Carnaby Moor Tumulus
Carnaby Moor Tumulus
Looking north-northeast towards the Park Rose Owl Sanctuary from the parish boundary between Barmston and Carnaby. The lighter patch of ground at the top of the tree's shadow is an ancient tumulus which has almost been worn away by centuries of farming activity.
