The blades were attached to tower No 10 (on the left) on the 18th of February 2008.
The engineers had taken advantage of the exceptional fine weather for that time of year.
Rochdale is normally visible in the distance but due to the calm weather conditions, with no wind what so ever, the valley below was shrouded in pollution that day.
