Chapel Hill Wood, Markshall
Chapel Hill Wood, Markshall
This view of 'Cuckoo Wood', Chapel Hill, Markshall, is from the derelict Harford Farm. A cutting for the Norwich to London railway line was driven directly through Chapel Hill, in the 19th Century, which revealed an Anglo Saxon burial ground there.
