Greenwich Place, Glebe Avenue, Saltash is a sheltered housing scheme run by the Greenwich Hospital Charitable Trust. It was opened in 1994 to mark the Hospital's 300th Anniversary. It is built on the site of a 1950's Wesleyan Church, which has been replaced with a new building adjacent to it, see SX4258 : Saltash Wesley Methodist Church
