The Parish Church of St Mary, Winterborne Whitechurch
A church may have existed here in Saxon times, but the oldest portion of the present building, the base of the tower, appears to have been erected in the late 12th century. The walls are mostly constructed of flint with stone quoins, with flint and stone buttresses.
