SP9013 : Wilstone Reservoir
3 km from Tring, Hertfordshire, Great Britain

Wilstone Reservoir
Wilstone reservoir is approximately rhomboid in shape with an angled spit of land roughly parallel to the NW & NE sides (see the 1:25000 map to see what I mean). However with the water level as high as this most of that spit is covered in water such that only some of the trees that mark its existence can be seen to left and right of the image. The little wooden structure a little to the right of centre probably marks the apex of the angled spit.
