The Chequers Tea Rooms
The Chequers Tea Rooms
A pleasant spot to stop for tea and buns on a Sunday afternoon. This was once a busy inn on Hambleton Street, the drove road that ran along the crest of the Hambleton Hills from Scarth Nick southwards to Kilburn.
