Glen Fruin Military Road
Glen Fruin Military Road
Built for the construction of the proxy nuclear weapons bases at Coulport and Faslane in the early 1980s, this was a private road with guards on it.
Compare with the nearby A82 north of Tarbert. Amazing what can be achieved when there is a will!
Bridge over the curiously named Allt a'Bhaile a'Mhuillin.
