Much Marcle Garage
Much Marcle Garage
At effectively the new centre of the village where the B4204 meets the A449.
In 2012 the building was given Grade II listed building status.
It was originally erected in Gloucestershire as a World War I aircraft hangar for the training of Australian pilots.
In around 1926 the redundant hangar was bought by Westons Cider as a garage and moved to its current site.
It is timber framed with a "Belfast truss" holding the corrugated metal roof in place.
