Safe Haven
Safe Haven
The entrance to Arbroath Harbour. The breakwater to the right of the picture and the walls of the outer harbour to the left. Earlier in the week it would not have been possible to take a photograph from here - a high spring tide along with high winds and low pressure ensured that the water level in the harbour was at its highest in living memory. The water level rose to within inches of the lower harbour walls.
