Rock groynes & Folkestone Harbour
Rock groynes & Folkestone Harbour
It is not until you are close up that you see the occasional evidence of the human effort to construct these massive rock groynes. (There are plenty of locations along the south coast of England). The parallel lines could only have been made by a drill. For the project five new rock groynes, utilising 210,000 tonnes of rock armour was imported from Norway.
