NN8773 : Beinn Mheadhonach

near to Allt Diridh [water Feature], Perth And Kinross, Great Britain

Beinn Mheadhonach.
Beinn Mheadhonach.
The south ridge with one of the few boggy patches. Beinn Mheadhonach, the "hill in the middle" is aptly named being an isolated finger of the Atholl plateau bounded by the two deep branches of Glen Mhairc, Gleann Mhairc and Gleann Diridh.
This is deer country, stags were fighting and roaring on the ridge ahead.
