SX1787 : Hallworthy

taken 10 years ago, near to Hallworthy, Cornwall, Great Britain

The A395 approaches the hamlet from the west. There's not a great deal to Hallworthy, but it features prominently on road signs in this part of Cornwall because of its importance as a road junction and its cattle market - see SX1887 : Hallworthy Livestock Market. In the distance, an extensive wood on Wilsey Down spreads across adjacent squares to the east.
