This bungalow, adjacent to Langsett Road North, appears to be built within the grounds of Georgia-Pacific's Paper Mill (formerly known as Spring Grove Paper Mill, then Dixon's Paper Mill, then British Tissues) but has been in this derelict state for years. Perhaps it was once the Mill Manager's bungalow?
