Gwynne family tombs Llanychaer
An enclosure within the churchyard houses the graves of members of the Gwynne family who resided locally at Cwrt and Kilkiffedd. The earliest seems to be mid C18 and the last offshoot in the late C20. The earlier tombs have survived in better condition that some of the Victorian ones which are heavily mossed and weathered.
The upright stone at the end is an early Christian cross-marked pillar stone.
