Queen's Chair
Queen's Chair
This hollow in the craig is known as the "Queen's chair" from where, tradition (incorrectly) has it that Mary, Queen of Scots watched the battle of Corrichie in 1562. (This quite deep gorge running West about 200 metres from this point doesn't show on the 1:50 000 map, but is represented much more accurately on a 1:25 000.)
