Grade II listed, now residential. Here's the official blurb: "1879. Ashlar sandstone. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Gable front. Plinth. 5 roll-nosed steps to central
porch with pairs of pilasters and engaged Doric columns with fluted capitals supporting deep entablature with dentilled cornice. Panelled door and fanlight with glazing bars in surround with moulded lintel, moulded projecting keystone and fluted imposts. Windows are round-arched sashes with glazing bars, with keyed archivolts, flanking pilasters and moulded cills. Ground floor windows are contained in panels carved down to plinth and with panelled spandrels. First floor has coupled windows to centre and cill band on consoles. String course. Pediment has dentilled cornice and datestone in tympanum. Left and right returns: 5 bays, with round-headed windows and 1st floor cill band returned."
