Nant Taf Fawr
Nant Taf Fawr
The larger of the two branches of the Taf has flowed from its source in the high Brecon Beacons and here is about six miles old. It also here forms the boundary between Powys (left) and Merthyr Tydfil (right) to give the councils their modern unitary names. (OK, Brecknockshire and Glamorgan).
