The gates to the CMS
The Faulks gatehouse guards the entrance to the Centre for Mathematical Sciences of the University of Cambridge. The knots in the centre of the gates are (according to the sign next to them) the only knots of at most eleven crossings that have the same Alexander polynomial as the un-knot. If you want to understand that, the CMS is probably as good a place as any to go looking for a knot theorist.
