The Church of St Peter & St Paul, Hareby
The Church of St Peter & St Paul, Hareby, taken 9 years ago
I climbed Hareby Hill just to photograph the church in the snow, but it had stopped snowing by then. I really wanted to capture it with snow swirling around as in this shot I took in Spilsby, LinkExternal link but another day maybe. I enjoyed the exercise though and the change of scenery.

The church stands on the edge of the Wolds overlooking the village of Old Bolingbroke. It dates mainly from 1858 and is built of greenstone and brick, incorporating fragments of an earlier church. It is to be found at the end of a track leading from the farmyard. The church and churchyard are well cared for and maintained, with memorials to families who have lived at Hareby House in years past. An earlier shot LinkExternal link
