Looking down from the top of the dam, we can see the winding service road as it makes its way up to the dam itself. It might not be apparent in the photo but it was in the middle of a hailstorm!

Stwlan Dam

Large concrete Dam constructed in the 1960s to hold back Llyn Stwlan which is the top reservoir for Ffestiniog Power Station.
