ST1974 : Swans Nest
Cardiff/Caerdydd, Cardiff, Great Britain

Swans Nest
In the middle of a busy bustling tourist area in Cardiff Bay, a pair of swans have decided to make their home on a piece of flotsam. Some extra barriers have been erected to provide some extra protection, but this still seems a rather vulnerable location to raise young "ugly ducklings".
The ship bow in the foreground is part of a lightship that is now permanently docked here.
