NT3496 : Wemyss

taken 25 years ago, near to East Wemyss, Fife, Great Britain

I readily confess that this square allocation is very much a shot in the dark. We were travelling between Pittenweem and Kirkcaldy when these redundant North Sea oil-rigs (on the horizon) were pointed out. I seem to remember the name Wemyss being mentioned at the time. Reference to the map seems to indicate that would be one of the very few places where the road comes this close to the Coast. However, if the Moderators wish to reject this image then I shall lose no sleep over it.
