Remains of the Demetrios, Prawle Point
Swept aground on Prawle Point in December 1992, whilst undertow from Dunkirk to a breaker's yard in the Mediterranean, the freighter Demetrios was left to nature. Over ten years later parts of the vessel remain on the rocks whilst further broken remains lie on the seabed beneath.
