NG8960 : The summit ridge, Beinn Dearg

taken 14 years ago, 5 km from Torridon, Highland, Great Britain

The summit ridge, Beinn Dearg
The summit ridge, Beinn Dearg
Right in the middle of the Torridon Hills.
Taken from the summit of Beinn Dearg(914m) the narrow ridge runs towards its only difficulty, a very tricky step, just out of sight. Beyond is Coire Dubh, the gap between Beinn Eighe and Liathach. Beinn Dearg is a very good view point for Liathach, just across Coire Mhic Nobuil.
