This is ST1875 : Cardiff Brewery at one time Hancock’s, then Bass/Charrington/Worthington’s Welsh Brewery. It was sold to Brains who moved in during 1999. One feature of note is the stonework, coal ships returning to Cardiff empty would use stone for ballast. This became a cheap form of building material, many of Cardiff’s historic buildings are made from this. Take a tour round starting at ST1875 : Grist to the Mill
