SP9533 : Tower of St. Mary's Woburn
near to Birchmoor Green, Bedfordshire, Great Britain

Tower of St. Mary's Woburn
This Victorian church dates from 1868 (see SP9533 : St. Mary the Virgin, Woburn) and is built in the Continental (French) Gothic style, recalling the architecture of the C13th. Atop this tower, peeping from each corner and from beneath the middle crenellation of each side protrude rather nice SP9533 : Gargoyles.
