The Parish Church of St Edmund, Southwold
The church was built between 1430 and 1460 in the Perpendicular style. It is 144 feet in length, with a tower of 100 feet. It is mostly made of stone from Caen in Normandy, with some from Lincolnshire. Local flint has been used for the beautiful patterns on the outside.
