NC2227 : Quinag - the start of the east ridge

near to Allt na Bradhan [Water feature], Highland, Great Britain

Quinag - the start of the east ridge
Quinag - the start of the east ridge
After a short battle with the bog from the main road, firm ground is soon reached at the end of the rocky ramp that leads to Quinag's most southerly summit - Spidean Coinich. The ridge is broad and easy to start with, but steepens and narrows towards the summit.
