Bow, Tower Hamlets, Great Britain

Bow Back River in Stratford
To the west of Stratford the River Lee bifurcates and three braids to the main river have developed. They are, from east to west, Waterworks River, City Mill River and Pudding Mill River. Bow Back River is a canalized channel that joins the latter back to the main River Lee at Bow Bridge, and is viewed here from the Cook's Road bridge.
