TQ2798 : Stagg Hill, Hertfordshire

near to Hadley Wood, Enfield, Great Britain

Stagg Hill, Hertfordshire
Stagg Hill, Hertfordshire
Stagg Hill is a continuation of the Cockfosters Road in the direction of Potters Bar, where it crosses the M25.

In the 1960s this was the only road I ever saw double overtaking, namely cars three abreast. It was quite scary when they were coming towards you!

On the horizon you can see the Water Tower on The Ridgeway.

Some of the new street lamps being installed all round the borough can be seen just peeping in the left hand side.
