GeoGraph - photograph every grid square

If you look at the map you will see that the Grantham Canal makes a hair-pin bend as it follows the contours round the high ground above Redmile and Toston Hill. On the east side the contours aren't so close together and the surrounding farmland appears level with the canal. Compare with SK8036 : A circular walk from Redmile, (16) which was taken on the other "arm" of the hair-pin roughly on a line with this image.

To follow this walk of about 6 miles along the canal and public footpaths, park in the village of Redmile somewhere near the Peacock Inn and walk north west out of the village to the bridge where you can gain access to the tow path.
