West window (Good Samaritan, in which the priest who passed by is clearly a bishop), a memorial to the Rev. Edward Collett, Vicar of Bowerchalke for 44 years, who died in 1924. From 1882 to 1922 he compiled and printed the Weekly Parish Paper, price 1/4d. They became known as the Farthing Papers.
