Christ Church
Christ Church
Victorian parish church in Kilndown, funded by Field Marshal Viscount Beresford of neighbouring Bedgebury Park. He had decided that Goudhurst Church was too far away for his family and estate workers so had this church built in the village. William Butterfield designed this eagle lectern. Behind is the altar and east window.
