Darlington: “Train”
Darlington: “Train”
This unimaginatively named sculpture was commissioned by Morrison's supermarket (who have a branch a short distance away) and Darlington Borough Council in 1996 as part of the Year of Visual Arts. It was made by David Mach, who specialises in using everyday materials to represent objects not normally associated with those materials.
