The cairn marking the top of Meal an t-Slugain has been extended with a low wall to provide shelter from the wind. On this sunny afternoon it wasn't needed.
The top gives a good view of Lochnagar. To the right of it, the vertical north edge of Carn a' Choire Bhoidheach can just be seen.
