Bridge of Isla
While the main attraction in grid square NO1638 is the famous beech hedge at Meikleour, just 500m to south is Bridge of Isla. The bridge carries the A93 over the River Isla. This picture is looking upstream, or northeast. Mounted in the bridge parapet is Ordnance Survey flush levelling bracket G835. The River Isla flows into the River Tay just 500m behind the camera.
