Former French Tourist Office, Piccadilly
Former French Tourist Office, Piccadilly
The tourist office has recently moved to 300 High Holborn so its landmark sign in Piccadilly will be coming down.
[Addition March 2009] In fact the large "FRANCE" letters, and "French Railways House" higher on the facade, have been retained. The ground floor is now Hawes and Curtis, shirtmakers LinkExternal link. Three upper floors are used by the Royal Academy for administrative offices - the building is almost opposite the RA exhibition rooms in Burlington House.
