SD5259 : Quernmore Cottages

taken 18 years ago, near to Brow Top, Lancashire, England

Quernmore Cottages
Quernmore Cottages
Quernmore is an 'area', rather than a distinct village, but these cottages are close to Quernmore Post Office, so could perhaps be regarded as the village centre. Quernmore Church and school are 1.5 km north, with no cottages nearby. The Church Tower is just visible to the right of the cottages. Quernmore is pronounced "Quarmor" locally.
