Oxford University Computing Services, Banbury Road, Oxford
The building includes lecture rooms for learning about use of computers. The classical-looking Building with central pediment was built as three brick houses, 15, 17 and 19 Banbury Road. The 'stone' facade is actually a rendering with the stone joints ruled in afterwards using a straight-edge and stylus. On the left out of the picture, OUCS also has two pairs of semi-detached houses, 7 & 9, 11 &13 Banbury Road. On the right of the photo is 21 Banbury Road which was originally built for the Oxford High School for Girls when they got too big for the Judge's Lodgings in St Giles'.
