Bridge at Melgarve
Bridge at Melgarve
This was one of the original bridges built by General Wade. It was mended in the late 80s/early 90s, mended again when damaged by floods and is now bypassed by a modern culvert just upstream. This photo is taken from the ground in front of the building seen in NN4696 : Melgarve from General Wade's Road
There is another refurbished Wade bridge in the woods at the back of this photo, if you're up there.
