Fairy Pools, Allt Coir' a' Mhadaidh - Eastern end
Allt Coir' a Mhadaidh tumbles down Coire na Creiche creating waterfalls and beautiful pools as it goes. These pools are known as the Fairy Pools. Even after the sustained dry period which had dried up many burns, there was still a good flow here. This photo is towards the eastern (higher) end of the sequence of pools, with the mountains of The Cuillin rising behind.
